About the event
Join Julia for SOULIT our Slow VInyasa class at the Target Field Station.
A slower Vinyasa class that is perfect the beginner, the advanced, and all in between. Light your soul up from the inside out, using your breath, powered by some soulful hits.
Please bring your mat, water, and a mask. Your mask will need to be worn prior to class and directly after class.
