About the event
Join Jennell for R&BRESTORE our Yin Yoga class to R&B at the Target Field Station.
We move a lot. It's not often that we and our minds are still. Enjoy a 60 minute yin practice. Holding stretches for 3-5 minutes getting deeper into the connective tissues. Take time to strengthen the ability to control your mind.
Please bring your mat, water, and a mask. Your mask will need to be worn prior to class and directly after class.
